During this series, you will develop self-awareness, identify limiting beliefs, set SMART goals, get accountability and explore a growth mindset that puts you in a position to have successful execution despite the presence of inevitable challenges. 

SERIES INCLUDES:

  • Weekly (1.5 hr) Virtual Group Coaching Session

  • Weekly (1 hr) Outdoor Hiking Experience

  • Weekly (20 Min.) Physical Activity (Virtual experience for those unable to hike in person)

 
  • Let’s Focus

    It’s one thing to create goals for ourselves. It’s another to actually have focused attention on said goals. This session is where we lay a solid foundation for success by learning our behavioral styles (which influence how we approach goals), identifying limiting beliefs, and setting SMART goals. These SMART goals help break down our big desires into a series of specific, actionable steps, refine our decision-making skills, and help assess potential roadblocks to our success.

  • Get SMART

    We have our value-based SMART goals. Now it’s time to create a viable plan that speaks to the question, “How do we get there?” Part of the answer is HABITS! The quality of our lives depends greatly upon the quality of our habits. Looking back two, five, or ten years can show the value of good habits and the cost of bad ones. In this session, we will learn about the following tools that will help us save time, maximize time and help create the fulfilled life we desire:

    Habit Loop
    1. Cue—Craving—Response—Reward
    2. Environmental/Visual Cues

    Habit Stacking
    Pairing a new habit with a current habit that multiplies rewards

  • Celebrating Small Wins

    Of course, we want to experience the fulfillment of reaching each of our SMART goals, but let’s not forget to enjoy the journey on our way there. This session is about the power of celebrating small wins– those victories along the way that build our confidence, enhance our energy, and give us motivation to accomplish even more! This also provides a great way to track incremental achievements as we work towards our larger goals.

  • Self-Care

    It’s time to take a deep dive into self-care, which can look different for everyone. In this session, we will cover the importance of focusing on self-care as we create an action plan to establish a mental+physical wellness routine specifically tailored by you, for you. Think about it—what promotes health and happiness for you?

  • It’s an Inside Job

    Do you know one of the greatest qualities successful people possess? Self-awareness. Many times, we miss the mark concerning our goals because we are too focused on external factors as opposed to internal ones. We cover behavioral styles in Week 1, but we peel back even more layers in Week 5 in order to reinforce all that we have learned thus far.

  • Inventory the Evidence

    Contrary to a popular quote, practice doesn’t make perfect, but it does make us ready for great opportunities. In our closing session, we’ll take an inventory of the evidence produced from us practicing new habits, utilizing the SMART goal system, the Habit Loop, and the Habit Stacking. We will also be implementing a mental and physical wellness routine as we harness the power of focus!

Meet Your Coach

Tai Caldwell is the CEO of Tai Connects, LLC, a Resilience Coaching organization, and the founder of the Hike 2 Connect™ experience. Tai has almost 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Advocate. Tai knows how essential it is to focus on mental health and wellness as a catalyst to living a fulfilled life. As a Resilience Coach who has her NC Certified Peer Support Specialist certification and is also trauma-informed, she uses her lived experience as a survivor of childhood trauma and training to walk alongside individuals on their wellness journey. Tai works with clients to uncover and implement strategies that better their lives. She empowers individuals not simply to dream of a fulfilled life but to live that life daily.
